Framework explanation

In order to use this framework we will need to talk and interview our customers or potential users of our product and service. On the back of those conversation we will need to gather and synthesise two types of distinct information:

• Factual
• Contextual

The factual information will be mostly around the specific details around Age, Location, Job, Education level and Family situation.

On the other hand the contextual insights will focus on more situational and emotional type of details such as the customer current situation, key insights, goals and aspirations and quotes.
